I use JoyCaption Beta One to get a good prompt, then I replace the part that describes the clothing with “naked, nude.”
I use forge/img2img inpaint with the checkpoint “lustifySDXLNSFW_oltINPAINTING.safetensors.”
I use a controlnet dedicated to inpainting called “Kataragi_inpaintXL-fp16.”
Once I'm happy with my first pass, I do a second one to do a little upscaling with 0.4 denoising, which allows me to unify the rendering and remove any flaws in the inpainting. I superimpose the original and the nude result in Photoshop and use a mask to keep the head and other elements such as the hands, etc.
