that faggot moot moved 4chan under a Virginia LLC and went on a banning/moderation spree back when he was "cleaning up" the board to make it more advertiser friendly in preparation for selling it
Mr. Hiroshima Nagasaki bought it and proceeded to do basically nothing to the site, including basic maintenance and software updates, which of course resulted in the hack, info leak, and downtime a few months back
