>Covid destroyed my early 20s
4 and a half fucking years gone in a flash because of lockdowns, regulations, and all kinds of shit.
I'm 25 now and have had my first job for a few months now but I was supposed to do all this shit and start my life out when I was 20.

most restrictions were lifted like 2.5 years in, and even after just 1 year shit was mostly back to normal. Not sure where you're getting 4.5 years. Also if you missed your early 20s due to covid, that's on you. You could still go out and do cool shit. I was working & having meet ups with friends the entire time, lockdowns be damned

Depends on how fanatical the covid nazis were in your area.

I had a Giant store manager following me around 2 years after the jabs were rolled out. She was insisting I cover my nose and eventually I complied just to get her off my back.

No shit she not so stealthily followed me around after that just to make sure I wasnt breathing too freely.

By comparison I was in a Wawa just 3 weeks after the mask rules rolled out and saw a county cop in there at 2am. Also didnt have my nose covered and he didnt say a word. Just nodded at each other.

If it's any consolation, I'm almost 40 and I felt the same when I graduated from college in July of 2008. It killed my early career, too.
