Muscle is about 18% denser than fat.
I don't think it's IMPOSSIBLE for someone to look like Donald Trump and be 6'3 at 224. This is because 6'3 at 224 is considered at the high end of 'overweight' on the BMI scale.
The dude on the left is muscular, if he's 6'3 and 224 pounds, he's still overweight on the BMI scale, that's why the scale is useless for people who are active; but for Donald? Does he look, to you, like he's at the high end of overweight? I think so. That's plenty for me, I have no reason to doubt the given height and weight, because in an equivalently sedentary person, according to the BMI scale anyway, they would likely look the same as Donald.
Literally everything else is more suspicious; how does he have Chronic Veinous Insufficiency but an ideal overall blood pressure? How does he have flow issues that causes swelling in his heels and calves, hands and wrists, bruising, and appears to be causing mini-strokes; but simultaneously an ideal blood pressure? Someone's lying.
