Increase a tax on specifically billionaires to make them mere multimillionaires.
Fund Medicare for all free at the point of service.
Fund Social Security indefinitely by raising the cap the ultra wealthy pay into it; and possibly expand it into universal basic income.

I would shut down the federal reserve and all of the banks. Revoke the present day US currency and ask all residents to stand by.

I would enact a total reform of the U.S. Treasury starting off with the total eclipse of physical currency for a closed circuit credit system owned and cared by each and every State for the American people be it business owner, workers or just everyday Joe's.

I would guarantee a steady revenue to all Americans and everything that could be sold would have to go trough the system to be sorted, branded, marketed, sold and then recycled or disposed of.
