India is synonymous with casual disrespect for human life in a way that makes China look like Switzerland. This is what many people find offensive: the dehumanizing aspects of daily Indian life. Bathing in the Ganges with dead bodies, limited standards of hygiene, and rape. The rest is all aesthetics.
