About 15 years ago, when I was a freshman in college, there was this Lebanese girl who really made me work for it. She had family in Palestine and would always send me stuff about whatever awful thing was happening in the region.

It's an Imperial state, imperial states occupy their enemies and generally will at least pretend they don't want to kill civilians, terrorist states drag civilians in front of cameras and execute them or ransom them for money.

Guess the Palestinians should have made peace with them when they had the several chances to do so.
