do you realize that ACA is like the EV tax credit? meaning - the companies that sell the service simply raise the price to match the tax credit plus whatever they were already charging.

an EV adds 7500$ to the sticker

an insurer adds 3-4 digits a month to the sticker….

There is no "healthcare plan" purchase care or do what every uninsured person does, dont pay it. Laws in the country make it so you have to be treated regardless so not much of an incentive to get insurance or care about shit like obamacare when its pretty much already universal, you just want a name slapped on it.
