one of my trips to NYC was to appear on The Geraldo Show, and FILL SEATS

"filling seats" is what they called it when those daytime talk shows spiced things up by having FAKE GUESTS... my girlfriend and I got paid $1,600 each, plus $200 each per diem for an entire weekend in Manhattan

we were told to come up with a lie, to pretend we were involved in the prostitution industry

(in real life, I used to work at a strip club, that was owned by real la cosa nostra organized crime, who also ran prostitution and porn shoots, so I used my knowledge of their business as a basic backdrop for our fake story:
