ALWAYS spring swap Cherry switches. Stock Cherry switches have some of the worst springs.
You should also try and get unlubed switches because Cherry's factory lube is FUCKING TERRIBLE.
MX2A has decent tolerances, but you could still use 0.3mm poron films if you wanted - Nixies still need films.
