Even if, for some reason, a town wanted to do this in my country, Occupational Health and Safety wouldn’t allow it. It would be a massive health risk to the public. Not to mention an international disgrace. I don’t understand why the government of India just stops allowing stuff like this to take place? Why don’t they just start enforcing rules and stop letting people litter everywhere, shit in the streets, etc if they don’t like the public image?
