Is necrophilia allowed?
I vaguely remember reading something about how consuming real necrophilia content is illegal in some U.S. countries because of obscenity laws, but that obviously doesn't apply to the whole U.S. So is posting real life necrophilia on here against the rules? Thanks in advance.

Obscenity laws equate to anything I don't like is a crime. Essentially everything is illegal. The only difference between one thing or another is if someone cares enough to fuck you over.

There aren't us "countries" there is one united states. You're think state laws.

You gotta get someone to admit to the necro in question as being erotic.

Then you have to consider the medium. Obscenity, like having sex in public with people watching irl vs something that's produced.

Lawmakers have to be careful about flying too close to the sun. Something like Jesus Christ, being dead on a cross, could be taken as an obscene and pornographic depiction and not artistic or expressive.
