Between us is a wall, and 4chan is a window; it lets us see what we're really like. Some people are vehemently racist, some people are creeps, some people just want memes. It's not good or evil, but it can reveal if someone else is.

Figure out what it is you think, say and do that you dislike and then persistently put in the effort to change those things into something you do like.
Don't kick your own when you fall into old habits, just realize that are engaging in them and then pivot into the behavior that you have decided to replace them with.
