Anyone have tinnitus or visual snow?

How do you deal with it?

I thought visual snow is a symptom of diabetes, it waxes and wanes doctors intervene early but the insulin reccomended dose is so high to avoid a lawsuit and the other side is nearly impoosible to prove, "the situation got worse because of the meds" not the patients already established bad habits.

This. It comes back every now and then, but it goes away again pretty quickly. As for tinnitus, it helps to listen to something else and focus on that. If you're in public and can't make a lot of noise, cup your hands over your ears.

I've had visual snow since I was like 4 years old. I can remember trying to talk to my older brother about it and he didn't know what the fuck I was on about. I only see it when it's dark or if I close my eyes. It's pretty benign usually red and blue static like an old broadcast TV with no signal, but less dense, with occasional bright white with sharp black shadows sort of pulsing things that only last a few seconds.
Tinnitus I've had since my late 20s. You just live with it. I sleep with an air filter running which creates white noise that pretty much blots it out.

While white noise certainly does help in small doses, too much makes it worse.
