I think Josie is funny and that's what I watched for originally and primarily.
But I also have grown fond of her in a way I didn't expect to.

She's flawed in a lot of ways, and doesn't seem to have much confidence or hope. But still manages to climb up and succeed in her own way. It's endearing, I like to see it, I want to see it, it inspires me.
And if I can, I want to support it and encourage that.
It makes me genuinely feel something positive, it resonates with and motivates me, and I don't particularly care that it stems from a stranger. It's still a real person, with a real life story, and the impact it has on me is real and mutually beneficial.
I don't care if anyone wants to make fun of that, it's not changing my outlook.

At the very very least, I like having someone out there who dedicates their time to providing people like us with some laughter.
Detractors can diminish all they want, that it's just for money, its insincere, it's a screen, etc.
