What are they screwing you over for?

I got screwed over by my company for doing a repair on a machine outside my job role. It was a simple fix, and I did it right, and saved time not waiting for the person who's job is to fix it. They took away my pay raise i was going to get last year.

I popped hot on a thc Test... The Thing is they tested me after my 1 week vacation and even though i stated i went to Amsterdam on my vacation
Funnily enough only i got tested while the Others in my corps didnt even got a surprise Piss Test (they got a 2 days notice) and it was under the week
I feel Like they wanted to fuck me over and find a reason to kick me out (Mind you i know drugs and Military doesnt Work together but i didnt smoke before during my service and it was on my vacation)

It Just makes me so Mad that i get the highest punishment while Other Guys popped hot on fucking cocain and the medic Just threw the Test away and they hid it under the carpet

We have a very specific Truck in my Platoon and it has Like water Pumps and Pipes that i wanted to Clean because it was a slow day with nothing to do and my seargent screamed at me Like who told you to do this who gave you that Order

Well i mean i drank a Lot at the Base bar and talked bullshit but i never got aggressive or Blackout drunk

I already complained to the corps Leutnant, we dont have a Department for it really Last ditch effort is complaining to the cononel himself though idk If He would care about the rant of some random enlisted
