Not quite. Purpose of the gunk in your arteries is to repair blood vessels. So low fat + high cardio = removal of build up.
So in a sense you are right but not just cause you cut out meat, and if you are eating high fat vegan stuff like avacado and nuts it won't make a difference

Seed Oils are the primary cause of this. What do unhealthy people eat? Lots of fried food. Food fried in seed oils. Enriched grains which cause inflammation. Sugar which causes inflammation/diabetes etc.

My grandparents went out relatively easy since they had lots of comorbidities like type 1 beetus and whatnot. Coma + stroke and so on.
My father however started getting alzheimer type dementia in his mid 70s, lasted until his mid 80s. Didn't know who any in his immediate family was, thought his mother who he had a falling out with 50 years earlier to the point of never speaking with her again was coming to pick him up and shitting + pissing in the corners of the room because he couldn't figure out where the toilet was or how it worked.

No fucking thank you. I'll pop a clog in my early 70s and be done with it. If I live longer and get dementia, I'll go end it in Switzerland or something with at least a semblance of grace.

Commonly happens because your body can't hold on to electrolytes with that diet. The solution wasn't to do a 180 with a weak plant based diet, but to include fruit and honey. At a minimum 100 grams per day, up to 300 grams if you're being extremely active. Your new plant based diet is going to fuck your gut up in the long term. Without animal fat, you're going to struggle to produce hormones like testosterone. Plants have defence chemicals that humans aren't capable of dealing with. Plants have oxalates that bind to minerals in your gut and cause you to become mineral deficient.

That's how the plants reproduce. That's completely different to wheat for example, where you eat the seeds, or spinach, where you eat the plant itself.
