i had an interview where the bitch tried to get me to take a lower ranked position and after refusin, despite having my fucking resume in front of her she asked some bull shit like what do i bring to the table. Anyways the bitch called me back like a week later trying to get me in there, i didnt call her ass back. she called me three more times and i sent that bitch straight to voice mail each time, the last voicemail i got from her told me she knew exactly what i was doing but she was that desperate. Only been out a year, forced them to push me out and drew it out as painfully as I could as my final fuck you, but my career was effectively over after I refused the vax, defiance and modern day management systems/hr karens cannot coexist. The job market is horribly oversaturated in the United States by a ton of experienced professionals who have been laid off and are willing to take massive pay cuts out of desperation. Something a lot of companies are doing is they initially post an entry level job then they get inundated with an avalanche of highly overqualified applicants and lo and behold, it's not an entry level position anymore. But since people are so desperate, they keep the salary entry level. It's brutal out there.

I got a bachelor in chemical engineering, speak 4 languages fluently except for professional bullshittery and connections, which are of course the crucial languages to have.

I've been doing that for 1 and a half years now and get this, I would actually love to fucking work.
