I got a friend like this who feels the need to affirm his heterosexuality constantly by acting like he's a top. (He's very clearly not guy doesn't have the balls) I like to taunt him by acting unfathomably gay towards him to make him feel more insecure. Ironically it had the opposite effect and started making him more secure about it. My guy got used to the gayness. Good for him
