but any of yous that do anything less than 15 hours a week researching/learning, you got to either free up more time, or quit entirely, hand your money over to a pro then go out and start shaking hands, finding a job that can give ya a good ladder to climb, like the job that rocker got. There's still good jobs out there, you just gotta look hard.

I have put in one year coming up next week into learning and researching the market, started my focus on value investing, reading as many 10k's as I can (up to 55 summarized in a notebook, probably another 20 or so casually glanced over)
then around the end of January, after not selling a monster rip, I decided I needed to cover both directions in the market. So I started my futures trading. 5 months later I'm still on paper trading, only down to losing less, but I'm proud that I can consistently lose less every single day, I'm not hopping around sporadically.
I can tell you with confidence I wish I had started futures earlier, its harder, but you are more in control, unlike holding tickers where you have to trust rando board members who might only be in it for themselves screw the shareholders.
Hell I still gonna read 10k's from time to time, but I know that I just need to give more time to futures, really just etch into my very being the habit of cutting losses early, and adding to winners while staying vigilant for the best trade exit. I actually took stock of what I need to do better, and I got 6 different things I got to fix all at once before I turn profitable. Its hard bros, but I promise you treat it like a marathon, you'll find a way to consistently turn a profit. it just takes a brain rewire, and that won't happen overnight.
