correct. i found out my grandmother died recently, and she had a couch like that when i used to visit growing up. she was 92, i am a 40 year old millennial. all my grandparents are now dead, i feel the full weight of mortality now, and that my youth is truly gone now.

I wanna thank you, OP, for starting this thread even though it's on /bant/ now to die, but you brought me some nostalgic joy because my dad had a couch just like that. A lot of memories. I remember that windmill pattern. Wow. It felt...like...felt too.

Don't know what you mean, but it's a windmill pattern with plants and flowers. God, it takes me back. I want that couch, but the few that still exist in good condition probably aren't going anywhere. I'd settle for getting that pattern to put on something modern.

My grandparents had this. They died, but I live in their house. The couches are gone. So nostalgic.
