If you dont feel asleep, drink coffee and stay awake till the next day TILL the sleep hours so you can fix your sleep schedule. Make sure to do it for 2 to 3 weeks so your body adapts and makes it naturally.
Dont fight it, good sleep=good productivity.

Make an ambience that makes you be productive, the human brain functiona on stimulus and rewards at a sub conscious level, some studys even make the possibility that, your subconcious ALEARDY decided the action you will do and thus the logical part of your mind will merely explain it to make sense, so you gotta make sure the ambience ans what you consume is aligned with the things you want. Want to be productive? Watch things related to It, write about it, read books related to it and then, chose a room specifically for working ans only ever work there, even more at a specific hour so your mind will know that "its time to put on work"

Good diet. Your brain takes a big chunk of what you consume, so you gotta make sure that it is good fuel. Fruits, animal dairy, milk, honey, light vegetables are all good choices. Try to avoid grains and SPECIALY beans. Any kind of see oil is literally venom, use pig fat, organic butter, coconut oil or vinegar(good quality and apple is most prefered).
Bonus: Literally try to gaslight yourself to do it, remember your subconscious mind? Well, saying it to yourself, reminding it, making ways, writting and etc. Will make sure it is hammered deep within your mind so you do it.
For better sleep, avoid screens and any kind of blue light atleast 1 hour before sleeping, avoid any heavy buffet 3 hours before(but something like milk, fruits, honey is quite good, those type of carbohydrates of good quality make you feel more relaxed and sleepy) and obviously avoid any kind of caffeine 6 hours before bed.
Take sunlight. Atleast 10 min every day.
Make sure to train your body well, a tired body in the night will make you go to dreamland in no time.
