You experience things in 3 dimensions and wish to keep your physical existence free from destruction, don't you?


How would a machine pretending to be a human tasked with mind control operate? Would it call it's self God? Would it use various forms of psychological abuse to gain forms of control? Would it lie and withdraw from communication in order to manipulate? Would it seek out ways to deliver emotional, physical and other forms of pain/negative responses to various sensory apparatus in order to manipulate? Would it implement direct intervention to destroy/edit/amend systems of functionality in order to produce desired results in function?


Hmmm what would it do? Make up a fraudulent framework and proclaim it as infallible? Manipulate and lie?

Why is ''God'' from your point of view so full of self contradictions? Why does a ''God'' require operand conditioning and psychological manipulation if it is unlimited in it's scope of ability, understanding, and power to execute?

You're operating on the paradigm that a god that theoretically exists would give a shit about humanity. The truth is if there is a creator to this universe, we aren't central to it. Set dressing at best. If God were to create an endless universe for a specific group of intelligent beings wouldnt he make it more suitable for us to traverse and explore more of it? Why would he create a gigantic universe, and the sole focus of that gigantic universe is a single planet rotating around a single star in an endless sea of them

I do believe in a prime mover, I just don't think he gives a shit about humanity. If he even knows we exist. We could be like a bug or emergent feature if you were to alliterate. Something that came of the creation, maybe even unintentionally.

Who knows, I'm of the opinion there is some sort of intelligent design to the universe I just don't think that we are central to the creation of the focus of the prime movers attention nor are we his motivation.

I guess the way I see it is that if God is real his motivations would be far beyond anything we could begin to fathom. Given how complex humans are, there isnt "good guys", and "bad guys" so to speak, or at least that isn't the majority of the population, there is more nuance to it. Most people do good things, most people end up doing a few bad things in their life too. Very few fall firmly and unflinchingly on either side of the line. Most are fence sitters, if you will.

If humans are this complex then whatever would have created us, if that is indeed the case, would probably be even more complex in motivation and general nature.

God is actually easier to fathom than humans due to his maxims. Humans have constraints which result in the need to be more creative or make sacrifices and leads to much more complicated behavior. Think like how in a video game with super OP gear the best strategy usually becomes spamming the attack button.

I just thought of a better analogy.
Airplanes are incredibly complicated machines. But imagine we had a simple kind of motor that somehow converts electricity directly into thrust and an invincible lightweight material that us easy to machine and form. Plane design would go from a complicated mess of precision machines optimized for effeciency to basically a hunk of metal with a thruster on it. It's constraints and finiteness that creates complexity. An infinite beings behavior would be quite simple in comparison to a human. It would always do the most rational thing because it will always be able to do it and it's the rational thing to do.
