In my experience, women who claim to be "femcel" turn out to be actually autistic. Some features that they have is having strange hobbies (like reading really fucked up stuff, like the most hardcore eroge thing you could find); a strange behavior, like, the lady can't even talk about normal stuff or think things simply; and normally they stick to one person, a friend or love interest, and you never see them with other person, as if they weren't able to go to the bathroom without their sidekick
Anyway, as I said this is based on my personal experience dealing with women who could be considered "femcel", by themselves or by the public. It's not like they aren't able to have sex, they just want a partner as equally insane as them, it might vary, but normally and based on my experience again, that's it
