The manager of the place where I did a internship at basically told me im too autisitc to preform well at an interview.

It was an IT position. "Not advertising yourself enough". I thought I was fine. I was in dialogue with the colleges and one said I know about this stuff than he did when he started. We had dialogues about the work and in general I thought it went well. Wtf do you mean reclusive. I thought I was out there...

Then be glad you didn't have to be with those faggots if you're browsing this website. Also just because "I know more about this stuff than when some other guy started" is not a very good bar to measure yourself with. What if he wasn't very good to begin with? How does he even know? What if the standard or work demanded has changed? What does that have to do with contributing to the same happy-go-lucky-bullshit-mega-positive-synergy environment everyone expects from you?

Oh no the people and work athmosphere was very nice. Imagine a couple of nerds playing dnd but as a job. I am sorta reclusive but I immediatly vibed with everybody I met. But if that sorta place says im bad in an interview..
We had three people just talk about CS:GO and LoL for hours on the clock. Very nice place desu. I even heard a jeet impersonation one.

Just mentioned it because the person brought this up and not me. How am I not "advertising" when people know what I can and stuff. This happened twice BTW.

We have none of that here I think.
Its a small department too and I never spoke to HR even. The manager just did all that I think. Its not a very corporate enviorment.
