It helps to practice. I first start by trying to make conversation with women working at shops, restaurants etc, this is kind of cheating because they kinda have to talk to you but w.e. Then you try to do the same with just random women walking around outside. When ur finally at a bar or social event your like socially loosened up now.
You dont have to like actively do this everyday all the time, just keep it in mind when ur out and about going to work or running errands and stuff
