I will kill myself, that's for sure. I don't plan on enduring this suffering for more than 20 more years. I'll wait till my parents both die since I don't want them to suffer the loss of their only son and then I will off myself in some painless way that will hopefully have been discovered by then

Pretty much everyone in my family except for people that died in wars have died in their late 90s or early 100s from kidney or liver related shit. No heart issues nor cancer deaths despite having a few cancer diagnosis's. All drink wine or hard liquor near daily and consume dangerous red meat and butter/oil constantly yet are all thing. Probably due to walking and still working around the house and with family into old age. They all go semi-senile 80 though so it's about 20 years of acting like Abe Simpson until I die of renal failure or something like that.
