Have you ever pulled an all nighter for an examen, didn't study the material until then ? Was it worth it, did you memorize shit for the exam in the morning ?

lack of sleep is often more painful than the worst hangover. i often found decent and a cram right before i got to the test was the best but i stumbled through school

the only way it works is when you repeatedly go over the material, over and over and over and over and over
you keep doing that right up to the test and just vomit it back up on the test

Once you understand pedagogy, you learn that education and training are just signals pointing at an idiosyncratic use of terminology (a lexicon). So if you ever fail a multiple choice test its because you quite literally are illiterate.

I just did this. I didn't sleep for a few days. I crammed everything for a twenty minute oral presentation on linguistics, a linguistics theoretics test the following day, and a French lit test the day after. I got a good result on the first two, we'll have to see later about the French lit test but I bet I failed. It wasn't worth it by a fucking long shot.
