this is not how Jesus is at all, he is not anyone's lovey dovey "buddy". He is the Lord God Almighty, and His love is not some weird overly emotional new age looooveeh aah.

Ultimately, it is the foundation of redemption, the reason for creation, and the power behind the cross.

I'm very thankful to have a figure like Jesus on our Earth. Regardless of if you believe his miracles or think his message was a certain way, knowing there was a Jew who cared about the poor, weak, and downtrodden and made his death meaningful to billions of Christians is pretty impressive.

I just wish I was more useful to Jesus.
