her bread is excellent, to the point it's ruined a lot of other bread for me
she likes trying to replicate fast food from scratch—faux Big Macs, faux KFC, various Chinese dishes, and the best curries I've ever had
also does a thing with gnocchi, gruyère, parmesan, béchamel, and Scottish smoked salmon—don't know what it's called, but it's kind of like a posh mac & cheese in effect
