Anon. The point is that it's not a woman. Or at least that's what I got from OP. It really may be just a blonde bimbo dumdum. But for me, the filename and the almost bald forehead meant that the actual post text was supposed to be the lengths troons will go through to legitimize themselves and their "identity".
