I don't know where to meet people. I've tried apps like meetup and most of them on there are young students (I'm in my early 30's) I'm unemployed atm so what can I really offer anybody anyway. I was thinking of joining a photography group in the evening but i think it's just going to be retired old men. Where else can autist people like me meet other?

The easiest place is probably bars but given ur expirence with ur last gf id imagine u wanna avoid bitches that drink.
You've got the right idea with the photography group.
If it is all older men just look for other group activites that have some women at them.
You can also frequent spaces dedicated to ur interests (like a manga cafe for example) just try to go to places you enjoy that interest you untill you bump into someone likeminded basically.
Events are also great (concerts, conventions ect)
Also maybe dont immediately go looking for a soul mate and just try bang some student girls or something to get ur confidence back first.
