Are they navigating to high paying jobs? Or are they navigating to positions where they have power over others so they can be gay and Indian and both metaphorically and literally shit on people?
>also just occurred to me:
>poos do engineering work as little as possible
>how are they going to know what to do as a senior engineer or as a team leader when there's a problem if they did as little engineering as possible and focused on getting promoted instead?
Wtf?

i dunno man, i regret this thread
i just don't want to bite the bullet and go to college basically
it used to feel like you could do anything or change the world from your desk, now the internet is like TV was for boomers
maybe i'm just using it that way like a dumbass
i don't know
>how are they going to know what to do as a senior engineer or as a team leader when there's a problem if they did as little engineering as possible and focused on getting promoted instead?
>Wtf?
i think that breed of senior engineer/team leader was/is probably on the way out anyway, if i had to guess

Are there really no decent apprenticeships in America? Here I did one that's called "polymechanic" and started working just about when I turned 15. It was 1.5 days school and 3.5 days work over 4 years and even got a small salary. We learnt the crude basics of solidworks but mainly got taught to program in mastercam, set up the machines etc then latter 2 years got "leased " to another firm

The problem with that ofc in america is that I don't think there are state verified certificates like here. When I finished I had to take ending exams and theoretical knowledge we learnt in the school got tested so it's basically like a pass that you're educated in this field and it's state recognized

Yeah, but – unless you already meant that – that means our engineers will be dumber and dumber while claiming to make more impressive futurist shit like, I dunno, a volcano proof 3D printed house. Meanwhile at the actual company people are investing and pouring their hopes and dreams into, it's just a bunch of jeets slacking off all day trying to fuck and sniff the hair of the new white girl intern.
>*head bobbing sideways the entire time*
>You new software vergin intern, yes?
>You still have new vageen, yes, that mean, yes?
>If you think you can be REAL enginieur without kissing my cock, you are deader than jeet on LiveLeak

There’s a lot of truth to this, grim.

makes sense
america has "technical colleges" which seem sort of similar to that, but idk, and i guess they probably wouldn't apply to engineering
>>23048746
yeah
it's all in the way the shit is designed
it's very subtle
you guys should check out the FBI document on the russian intelligence software "meliorator"
it's a good demonstration of what's possible
