FTL is easy/straightforward to learn
you get a little bit further each run, and usually you die to poor decisionmaking rather than unfair crap or not knowing about some mechanic
rainworld is hard & you gotta think things through, and it doesn't give you many hints
still, both are fun

I wish I could enjoy games and just spend all my time distracting myself with them
