They are perfectly capable of effectively send information back and forth between each other via indirect, non-verbal communication channels like body language, facial expression, tone of voice, etc. The vast majority of information that gets passed between people goes through those indirect, non-verbal channels, so being able to use them effectively is crucial.
Normal, non-autistic people can use what would seem like telepathy to someone like you to say things to each other without saying them out loud.
Normal, non-autistic people can give each other a look from the other side of a room and instantly communicate a fairly complex person, without ever saying any words to them.

The only woman I ghosted was someone that: turned out to have an on again, off again thing with a man that she also had a child with at 16. She let her parents raise that child and to this day it thinks that she is her older sister. To make matters worse, I found out about this after I had sex with her, through one of her friends who basically told me to stay away. I wrote a very polite message telling her that I didn't think it was going to work out (I didn't even bring up the guy or her child). She was a literal green haired leftist commie too at the time.

She blew up my phone with a bunch of messages, that got increasingly aggressive. To summarise, she started to say she'd come to my place because she left things there, those things were not stuff she actually cared about. Women leave things like hair clips at your place to "mark their territory" for other women. So I just said no. My phone blew up even more and the last few texts I got from her were threats of violence. She was going to get her ex to do this and that. And the time I was a bit paralysed and didn't reply. Then more of these messages came and I just stopped reading them.

I would later find out that because of me ignoring her she lost her shit. She not just ended up slutting around to help "get over" me but she even fucked my cousin (who looks similar to me) as some bizarre way to be able for her to then reject him. On her social media it seemed like she had a new boyfriend every couple of months. As she approached 30 I thought well that's likely it, she's burned her reputation and no man will marry her, right?

And then I see her in a MAGA hat with an American. She'd met him via online dating, they're married now. He has absolutely no idea about her past. Like I've found out she did some really messed up and petty shit to try to "get back at" some of these short term boyfriends, like let the on again off again ex cum inside her while alternating with men she insisted wore condoms.
