I'll buy some beers to see if I can pass out now. I'm sick of sleeping at 7 AM and waking up in the afternoon, I want to sleep at night and wake up in the morning. That's my reason

getting wasted and passing out is the only way I can fix my sleep schedule
if I'm waking up at 4pm I start drinking as soon as I wake up and I'll usually pass out by 9-10pm and wake up at 6am which is where I want to be

Whiskey works better imo, just don't drink too fast and make sure to grab some snacks

Booze taxes? I know nothing about it. In my country beer is cheaper than clean water, the cheapest costs like 0.5 dollars if I'm not wrong, even though the flavor is not the best. Anyway, lager and craft beer are the most common flavors, Kuntsmann is one of the bests

youre lucky then, malaysia has very high taxes and hard liquor is hard to find if you dont know where to look. I have to go to a special supermarket to get my durian whiskey. there are restaurants and bars but the prices are just too high for getting drunk. my mom told me a lot of muslims live here which is why alcohol isnt popular but Im a loser, not muslim and like getting drunk. if i cant get whiskey I just drink craft beer

I tried getting black-out drunk just to try it. I used vodka and just kept taking shots. I got to the point were my eyes were closing involuntarily so I stopped and laid in my bed. Pretty sure I passed out within 30 seconds but when I woke up the next morning I started puking even though there wasn't anything in my stomach to puke up. Puking lasted like 3 hours and I couldn't even keep down a sip of water. Wouldn't do it again not really worth it.

I used to get black the fuck out drunk a few times a week at a minimum. I had to stop doing that though because I kept getting into trouble, predictably.

Picking up the pieces the morning after is never fun and you aren't missing out on anything but trouble and misery
