Well, this is hard to say but I'm not really proud of who I am. Although I was born in a upper middle class family in Brazil, which means middle class in U.S and Europe, although I'm not really dark compared to browns and blacks, although I can accomplish my dreams easier than some people, I'm not content for existing. I'm mixed and not 100% white, I'm not blond, I'm not blue-eyed, I wasn't born in a 1st world country.

You could get coloured contacts (how about green?) and a nice dye for your hair other than that it's best to make peace with what is.
Who knows what'll happen in terms of skin, lots of cultures obsess over hues so maybe there'll be something developed that isn't bad for you in the future.
But yeah, maybe getting some cool clothes or working out, just stylizing yourself might help you feel better about what you've got and grow into a more positive mindset.
