some old games wont even run on my computer. I tried older Jedi Knight games like dark forces 2 and mysteries of the sith and they didnt want to run even after changing compatability settings but i didnt spend much time looking into it. The first dark forces game (1995) ran though, because steam wrapped it in a DOS emulator

i ended up paying for the steam version because it supports cross play
i think it runs on kex because every game runs on kex

idk if you can still buy the dos version separately but it's included with the remake
