on tiktok they commonly film the video with the music at like 0.5 speed, then speed the footage up to sync with the normal speed music
it gives that obnoxious and slightly uncanny effect, and makes mistakes & poor movement harder to notice
you can do the opposite though, where you record all the movements at a fast speed & then slow it down to sync
it gives a much cooler effect, everything looks flowy and slow motion, because it is, but it's hard to put your finger on it
of course the latter is harder to pull off, and you have to move quickly without making any mistakes
