I'm a 4th-year college student and I'm supposed to be graduating soon, but I still have 3 exams to retake this summer.

Problem is that I've spent the entire month playing video games and shitposting on 4chan. It's like I'm glued to my PC and can't do anything else. Literally just wake up, 4chan, video games, sleep.

Now I've only got 2 days left, and I'm freaking out because I still haven't started studying.

You probably realize that the whole thing was a waste of time.
It's hard to care about something useless.

Since you're this close, I'd suggest putting a last big effort into finishing, just so you at least don't feel like you should go back later.
I did.
Went back, got the degree, but still it was relatively useless and not worth the effort.

Remove that future problem for yourself.

Idiot. You're clearly avoiding it. I used to have the same problem, it started when I first bought cable, then again with Goyflix.
In order to do well you should do 8 hours each day left of studying, DO NOT cram, it will fuck you over and you won't retain anything.
Make an honest commitment the next two days then you can at least say you tried, not your best, but tried.
If you don't nip this in the bud you're not gonna do well at work either.
Best recommendation is listen to music while doing the work, it helps me stay high energy and avoid boredom while doing tasks.
Finally make sure you get good sleep the next two days as well, besides there won't be any happenings for about another two weeks here.

Memorization tricks.
The EXPLAIN [THE STUDY ITEM] TO ME LIKE I'M A 5 YEAR OLD trick for AI.

Give yourself quick quizzes on the subject matter (if memorization is the key). Let's say you need to remember a date or location or event. Write down something INTERESTING TO YOU about the event or invent something you won't share, then use that to trick your brain into caring.

Let's say you need to remember the date of the start of the civil war, imagine a soldier pissing his pants when the first cannonball is fired. Create a mental comical enjoyable scene with you flashing the date (flip paper to blank side, flip paper to info side, repeat) and location before your eyes.

Learned skills like chemistry, math, slow skills... Got no easy fixes except the AI PROMPT "EXPLAIN IT TO ME AS IF I WERE A 5 YEAR OLD CHILD" and have it go into depth on anything you might be confused on.

There's a DEEPSEEK ANDROID app for free if you cannot use other apps. PERPLEXITY AI APP is also free and pretty decent
