nothing really
i haven't been doing well for over 10 years
my health ahs been deteriorating recently
i just worry about my future and act very irrationally, even though i seem to be able to think clearly

it's funny, everyone asks "what happened" when i reach out to them
i never know what to say
it's nothing in particular
i always just end up saying shit that makes it seem like a bad idea to keep talkign to me

i tried switching to decaf coffee, except the first cup in the morning
it didn't fix my schedule but the sleep quality seems better, atleast
