How this will go:
Chip in a dare (one per person) in the format of "if my ID has X characteristic, I will do Y". It has to be more extreme than just "taking a walk", "brushing my teeth", etc. and it definitely can't be "do nothing". That's no fun!

now it's balanced: it has both risk and reward and is a proper game
Now people are incentivized to participate because they to make other people do things (reward). But there's still some risk involved by posting
