you say this as if it werent like this everyday

my grandpa had a little jingle, it went "could be better, but it's gonna be worse"
he was a lawyer, then fought in the korean war, then tried to open up a hotel in belize in the late 80s
it went well for years but he had to flee back to the states because he pissed off some criminal organization, nobody knew the details
he was really good at some casino/card games as well
he died from lung cancer when i was 3, he left alot of memoirs but i always wished i could've gotten to know him

he also said "women have snakes in their head", and it made me realize the brain is just a bundle of snakes when you think about it..
