So I mean we have a branch, called Reform that would let you in. But you'll not ever be getting into any of the orthodoxy sects. Reform lets women function as rabbis so it's kind of the LGBTQ Jew Acceptance Group. Also if you've not been circumcised some of the rabbis will practice a loophole by which you are circumcised with just a prick of a needle rather than cutting anything off.
