The cure is probably being actively suppressed by the medical industry. Cancer is an extremely profitable disease. Known carcinogens are probably kept in food for the same reasons.

Yes. A major black pill to swallow is the fact that the treatment costs more than the cure. The cancer "industry" is worth hundreds of billions. Why would hospitals, medical insurers and major pharmaceutical companies want that economy to go away?

treatable, yes. many types of cancer have been successfully treated, but keeping it from coming back is another story.
