Is gym culture cooked?
My gym bro had a heart attack yesterday while we were lifting. This guys a meathead and slams 3-4 white monsters a day on top of copious amounts of preworkout while sleeping 5 hours a night at 27. He was going for a bench pr and just dropped the weight on himself and almost died. A nurse that was there had to do cpr chest compressions till ems arrived. I always told him to chill out. I prioritize 9 hours of sleep and no more than 300mg caffeine a day and dont lift retardedly heavy and never had a heart attack

Gear makes all of your muscles grow, including your heart. It can cause lots of problems and it’s no different than being a tranny, hence the term roid trannies.
Good job prioritizing sleep. That will help in the long run. Also make sure you focus on quality of sleep, and maybe take a fiber supplement if you’re on a diet high in saturated fats. Most cholesterol in your veins is from genetics, but fiber helps with the portion that isn’t.

I was working in a soup factory early 2000s and when the vending machines started carrying energy drinks the vendor couldn't keep them stocked. It became normal right away for guys to have 2 energy drinks in a shift.
After a few weeks of this I already felt weird and I could tell my heart did not like it.
Even without years of studies I could tell it wad bad for me. I can't believe anyone is drinking these daily without noticing some problems.

If you drink two per shift, then that's about 260-300 mg of caffeine right there within an eight hour period (most likely within 4-5 hours if you drink one on your break), and that's just talking about the older energy drinks like Monster and Redbull.
