I do but its really shit. I have the window wide open now and its a lot cooler. I think the concrete of the tower block has trapped a shit ton of heat because it was almost as hot as during the day before I opened the window all the way.

Its one of this type of window and its directly above my bed so ill have to partially close it again before I can try to sleep or I will end up sitting up into it and hurting myself when I wake up
