she sounds like a real professional. my mum would alway rip me a new arsehole over the smallest things or she'd just give me the neglect treatment. she was a savage bitch before she got old.

yeah
always felt like i had to pretend to be okay around my mom
she had been through alot & was on & off drugs
i remember one time she called my dad from the other side of the woods propety (he lived in an RV) & i remember she was yelling at me, then we were both crying, and i was just sitting there crying while my dad hugged her
i don't know

that's rough man. alcoholism, generational trauma and open resentment were more more the flavours of my family's dysfunctionality. drugs weren't in the mix until I was mich older and she got hooked on opiates but that leveled her out and made her more manageable.

I think she's nearly 60 or maybe 59 this yeah. I only ring her to say happy birthday, tell her when someone's died or went it's a major holiday. she sometimes rings me ro ask me for information about my younger sister who ran away from home, at 16, to get away from her. she's been attempting to stalk her for years. she even hired a private investigator once.

I know it was a lot easier when I was your age, in the early 2010's I was able to rent a detached 3 bed 2 bathroom 2 car garage home for $170aud p/week at 18 years old but in today's world that's not possible. sorry to blackpill ya, friend. is there anyway you could find away out. I here ICE is taking anyone who can write the first 3 letters of their name.

interesting
i guess i'm lucky all things considered
my parents gave me a fucked up 2001 camry, and i do have 1 childhood friend left
there's alot of things i could do i guess
dunno
i could be doing alot more honestly
it's really hard to have any sort of motivation, idk why
it's been peaceful lately atleast
i fear becoming chris chan 2
i'm in good shape though
i'll be alright
i might try to become roommates with old highschool friends, they live in a city about an hour away but they seem apprehensive
definitely i need a source of income before then

i am grateful

i know there's plenty to do even if you fuck up your life
i've looked into commercial salmon fishing and oilrig work and trade apprenticeships
i'm a pussy honestly
the friend i talked about, he works at a bolt factory & drinks
he says his coworkers are always threatening to rape him as a joke every 5 minutes, and it's apparently really loud
i dunno

>looked into commercial salmon fishing
I used to know a few trawlermen, I drank at a fishermans pub for several years, the fishermen here are most functioning meth heads they some how manage to keep their lives together, crab boat guys are chilled at fuck for some reason.
>trades
think about if there's one you might like. though they all have things that are both good and bad about them.
>I'm a pussy
that's the kinda mentality that might be holding you back. maybe you more think of yourself as patient, agreeable, understanding and slow to anger and violence, but still draw the line at being a push over or a yes man.
