I was diagnosed with conduct disorder but the latest risk evaluation that got me out of jail suggested autism, the funny thing is all of their data that points towards it is from the files they got on me and I appear completely normal during the actual questioning and talk with the psychiatrist

They have recently MASSIVELY widened the diagnostic criteria for autism when they got rid of individual types of autism and made it all ASD. I would not be remotely suprised if they are just saying ur autistic because they cant be bothered figuring out what is actually wrong. If you had a conduct disorder diagnosis instead of an autism diagnosis before they ruined the DSM that would probably be more indicative of a personality disorder than autism IMO

It can be pretty hard to distinguish aspd and having high functioning autism but being well socialized.
I have an aspergers diagnosis but if I do the test for ASPD while ignoring the fact I have a differential diagnosis the results come out indicating I have ASPD.
if I was in ur shoes i would just not worry about labels while trying to avoid getting diagnosed with anything at least untill they fix the DSM. Unless u want to become a neet, then you should try get diagnosed with autism
