You are making it about other people and that is affecting how you feel about yourself.

Your whole transition is a journey that you need to express sincere patients about. If you rush into anything or into thinking anything, you'll have a bad time. Take things slow, one day at a time. Chasing the idea that you can somehow become a "real woman" is going to lead to ur destruction. Just learn to accept yourself the way you are, thats the only way you will ever feel comfortable as yourself. Chasing an impossible fantasy is the least healthy way you could possibly cope with feelings of dysphoria and this is widely accepted but when you add the word gender somehow eveyone just decides to avoid reality and encourage ppl to chase an imaginary dragon untill they realize its impossible and kill themselves.
